BTS’ New Album ‘Love Yourself: Tear’ is Breaking Records
BTS’ new album was released May 18th, and everyone is here for it.
In the first week of pre-order, the album Love Yourself: Tear, became the most pre-ordered album of all time in South Korea, selling over 1.4 million copies. Bangtan Boys (BTS) is massively successful right now. Love Yourself: Tear is their third Korean studio album and sixth album overall. It was released after hints and teasers starting back in April. The album is composed of 11 new tracks infused with a versatile combination of pop, EDM, Synth-heavy beats, ballads and R&B sounds.
BTS is also going global. They are huge in the United States already and performed at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. BTS will tour North America in August with their completely sold out shows.
In 24 hours, the music video for “Fake Love” has amassed over 45 million views and over 3.9 million likes. It has climbed up to #1 Trending on YouTube.
