Jennifer Lopez is Ready for a Ring
Jennifer Lopez hints at being ready for a ring from her boyfriend, former New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez, on The Tonight Show.
The pop singer talks with the host, Jimmy Fallon, about her recently released Spanish single, “El Anillo.” The song roughly translates to women feeling ready for a bigger commitment, like a ring.
Fallon was quick to joke, “Alex, are you watching?” But Lopez says it’s no pressure, but that she felt like “it was kind of something that all women get to a point where they say, ‘Ok, what’s up?’ Like, we’re good, everything’s great, what’s going on?”
Lopez added, “I feel like you know fairly quickly, but don’t go by me, I make tons of mistakes!” This after Fallon admitted he waited three years of dating to propose to his wife.
“El Anillo” isn’t the only Spanish song Lopez talks about. She announces that her next single “Dinero” is coming out very soon, “maybe next week.” The song will include Cardi B and DJ Khaled, and the song will be in English with Spanish hooks.
