Karamo Brown, the cultural specialist on the Netflix Original series Queer Eye, just proposed to his partner, director Ian Jordan.

Brown threw a party in West Hollywood for Jordan to celebrate his 40th birthday on Wednesday, May 9th, during which he popped the big question.

The thirty-seven-year-old star surprised his partner of eight years when he got down on one knee and said, “I hope we can conquer the world together for the rest of our lives. Ian Lamont Jordan, will you marry me?” He presented him with one silver and one black David Yurman band, engraved to match the two he got for himself.

There were tears of joy from Jordan Brown, and his son, Chris Brown, who had a front-row view of the emotional proposal. Of course, the cast of the show was also there,

Following the couple’s eventful night, Brown shared their exciting news on Instagram with the hashtag #LoveWins.
