After months of speculation, Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin finally made their first public appearance confirming that the two are in fact a couple at this year’s Met Gala.

Mendes has previously posted a picture alongside the model on his Instagram back in April, but the two stars continued to refuse to comment on their relationship status until today’s event.

Past celebrity couples have also chosen to debut their relationship at the all famous Met Gala, including, Selena Gomez and the Weeknd, and Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs.

Hopefully, Shawn and Hailey don’t have the same relationship fate as these couples, considering they have both ended things since.

Their debut is about to make them one of the hottest couples of the summer.
