Adele Celebrates 30th Birthday with Titanic-Themed Party
Adele celebrated her 3oth birthday Saturday night with Titanic-themed party, and we wish we were there.
The singer shared three photos on her Instagram dressed in a fitting, sparkled gown and her hair in tight curls that is reminiscent of Kate Winslet’s character Rose in the popular romance film. In one photo, Adele is showing off her dress on top of a staircase. In another, she is dancing with friends who are also sporting outfits and fake life jackets to fit the Titanic theme.
In her Instagram post, Adele wrote that “Last night was the best night of my life,” referring to the themed birthday party. The “Hello” singer also thanks her friends and family, writing ” Thank you to everyone for coming along for the ride the last 11 years with me. My family and friends for entertaining my super fandom of the Titanic movie.”
But not even a perfectly planned Titanic birthday party can keep Adele from some pretty big music news.
In the same post, Adele takes the time to shout out Childish Gambino, “Ps Childish Gambino how the hell do you have time to offer us so much greatness on so many platforms. I adore you x.”
This is in reference to Childish Gambino’s unforgettable Saturday Night Live performance, as well as his music video debut of “This is America.”
