James Corden Announces Shawn Mendes Will Join Him for One Week Residency

“#LateLateShawn,” here we come.

After performing his latest hit “In My Blood” for the first time on television, the teenage heartthrob has announced that he will be co-hosting the show alongside the famed “Carpool Karaoke” singer for a week-long event.

For an entire week of shows, Mendes will perform a song every night on the Late Late Show with James Corden during the week of June 4. This major announcement will be the second of its kind following last year’s “#LateLateStyles” with Harry Styles.

While hinting at a week-long residency, he hints at a “Carpool Karaoke” segment for the first time, following in the footsteps of Adele, Bruno Mars, and Ed Sheeran.
