Gina Rodriguez to Play Carmen Sandiego in Live-Action Movie

In case you need to jog your memory, Camen Sandiego is a video game character that travels the world to steal valuable items.
Rodriguez will play Carmen Sandiego in a live-action movie and an animated series on Netflix. Finn Wolfard from Stranger Things will voice Player, Sandiego’s tech-whiz sidekick. The animated series will have 20 episodes and will air in 2019. It will be exploring Sandiego’s origin story. Not many details have been released about the film.
