How to Wake up Without Coffee

Coffee is great, but there are some people out there that do not like it.

Since not everyone likes coffee, waking up in the morning can be a struggle if you do not have a caffeine alternative. Most people drink coffee to give them that burst of caffeine-filled energy to start their day. There are different ways you can get energized without coffee as the supplier. Here are a few to try out.

Green tea – This has about the same amount of caffeine as coffee, but you do not suffer from the jitters that come from coffee.

Wheatgrass juice – This juice is packed full of vitamins and minerals that help energize your body and keep you going all day.

Oranges – Oranges have vitamin C, which basically helps transfer fatty acids into energy.

Coffee is great and can give you an additional energy boost. Sometimes it can also boost your anxiety levels and become unhealthy depending on the amount of cream and sugar added. These alternatives do not boost anxiety and are also very healthy for you as well.
