Carrie Underwood’s new song with Ludacris, “The Champion” will be the anthem of this year’s Super Bowl.

Although Justin Timberlake is taking the stage for the Super Bowl’s halftime show, Carrie Underwood’s new song “The Champion” will be kicking off this year’s game. The singer has been opening Sunday Night Football for the past five years, and now she’s prepared to open the biggest football game of the year. Ludacris also joins her in the song. The championship game will be on February 4th starting at 6:30pm. You can prepare yourself for the big game by listening to the song below.

The song will also be incorporated into this year’s Winter Olympic Games, which start February 9th. Underwood is a champion herself as she took a fall outside of her home and had to receive 40 stitches as well as had a broken wrist. The singer says that the accident has changed her life, and her appearance.
