The #MeToo and #TimesUp movement in Hollywood are shedding light on the accusations made against Woody Allen by adoptive daughter Dylan Farrow which date back to 1992.

Many celebrities have ignored the allegations against Woody Allen over the years.

Many whom have worked with Allen are donating their paychecks that they earned under Allen to the #TimesUp movement.

Baldwin worked with Allen on To Rome With Love (2010) and Blue Jasmine (2010,) and stated the decision of  director Greta Gerwig and actor Rebecca Hall to condemn Allen had “some purpose,” but continued, “it’s unfair and sad to me.”

Baldwin stated that his time working with Allen was “one of the privileges of [his] career.”

Woody Allen went on to marry the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow, of whom he raised, which many found questionable and distasteful. His daughter Dylan Farrow accused him of sexually molesting her when she was just 7-years-old although he was not found guilty.

Ronan Farrow’s, Dylan’s brother wrote a  New Yorker feature, which ran last October following The New York Times’ piece, that helped to bring accusations of sexual harassment by Harvey Weinstein to the forefront.  Ronan penned an essay in 2016 with the Hollywood Reporter, defending his sister, “Despite Dylan Farrow’s damning allegations of sexual abuse, the director of Cannes’ opening film today remains beloved by stars, paid by Amazon and rarely interrogated by media as his son, Ronan Farrow, writes about the culture of acquiescence surrounding his father.”
