How to Cook Vegan
Making food that you are not used to can be a struggle.
Whether you are trying to go vegan or you have friends that are, there is a surprising amount of food that you already eat that you can make vegan. This is possible by just replacing certain ingredients with different things.
Replace eggs with applesauce, bananas, vinegar and baking soda.
Replace meat with mushrooms, nuts, and seeds, veggies.
Replace dairy with: coconut milk, soy milk, non-dairy cream cheese.
Cooking vegan does not have to be difficult and believe it or not, it tastes the same. If you are trying to change your diet to vegan you need to make sure that you are replacing things equally. If you use to get most of your protein from meat, then you need to make sure that you are still getting that same amount of protein from other sources like nuts. Some things to try and cook would be cake, mac and cheese, lasagna, ice cream, and whipped cream. There are so many things you can make that tastes amazing!
