Jessica Alba Reveals the Struggles of Being a New Mom

Jessica Alba reveals what it’s like having a newborn baby at home to her fans.

The actress posted on her Instagram story to show what it’s like to be a new mom. She shows in her story a cup of tea with the caption, “Up every 2.5 hours round the clock.” Alba gave birth to a baby boy, Hayes Alba Warren, on New Years. Little Hayes joins older sisters Honor, 9, and Haven, 6. Alba also gave us a little peek on her story of her new bundle of joy.

Alba also revealed how she is planning on getting her bod back. She posts the Mother Bees cookbook and boasts how she will be receiving her meals 5 days a week. Mother Bees is a food delivery system that supports mothers at any stage in their motherhood. The meals are well nourished so that mothers don’t have to stress over cooking healthy meals all week while trying to take care of their kids.

We are so happy for the couple on their little boy and hope the new mom gets a little more sleep.
