Recently making headlines for her new empowering and addicting song that we can’t stop listening to, the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer has been candid about her past struggles with her eating disorder. Back in October, she posted two selfies set side by side showing her before and after treatment on her Instagram story.
In her documentary that she released at around the same time, Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated, the singer and philanthropist openly spoke about her eating disorder, mental issues, and the lessons that she has learned from her past. The video has over twelve million views on YouTube.
Not only has she beat her demons, she continues to use her once troublesome eating disorder to inspire other people dealing with the same issues she did. We could not be more proud of her for this. You’re looking great, Demi.
