Ink Box Gives the Temporary Feel of a Real Tattoo

Twitter

Ink Box gives people the chance to try out a tattoo before making the big commitment.

Ink Box is the world’s first semi-permanent tattoo. It looks and feels like an authentic tattoo but goes away within 8 to 18 days. The company makes the ink with organic materials in order to make the ink change colors.

There are two main options for getting a tattoo through the company: Freehand and Templates. Freehand consists of a process that will send a bottle of the ink with a needle tip directly to you. From there, you can create your own masterpiece. The best part is it only takes an hour to dry, but the downfall is that it takes several days for the color to develop. These range from $20-$30.

If you aren’t as creative, this is where the templates come in. You can pick out designs that past and present users have designed that were made public. If you don’t see the one you like, you can make your own on the website and they’ll send it to you. Sizes range from small to large depending on where you want it. They start at $19.

Ink Box has been compared to other semi-permanent products such as Henna but the main differences are the color, application process, and its ingredients. All the Ink Box products are available on their website.
