Make Homemade Ice Cream with Hurom’s Slow Juicer

Impress your friends with your kitchen skills with the new rose gold Hurom Slow Juicer. Yes, it makes ice cream.

That’s right, you can make your own ice cream with a juicer and look glam while at it. All it takes is a little bit of frozen fruit and this adorable juicer on your counter.

This juicer has Slow Squeeze Technology which means it rotates at a speed of just 43 revolutions per minute to mimic the motion of a hand squeezing juice. But this is way easier than getting messy in the kitchen. Don’t know about you, but we really don’t want our hands looking like Smurfette.

The HZ slow juicer lets you control the amount of pulp to suit your taste with a control lever and a fine and coarse strainer.

We love all the options. Best of all it has an ice cream attachment. You just add the ingredients and let the Hurom Slow Juicer do the work.

To make the blueberry ice cream, we followed the recipe book that came with the juicer.

You add your favorite yogurt, frozen blueberries, and alternate the ingredients in the juicer. We seriously just sat there and alternated the yogurt and the fruit and watched it come out the fancy spout. You can then scoop your ice cream into fancy Gilded Rim Coupe glasses like the ones we found at Anthropologie. Drizzle agave. Simple.
