Harry Styles Helps out His Good Friend James Corden
The Late Late Show host James Corden found himself with a dilemma on Tuesday night.
Corden’s wife, Julia Carey, went into labor yesterday, leaving his beloved show without a host. Corden and team had the great idea though to invite Harry Styles as a guest host. As Styles has proven himself and his sense of humor multiple times before on the show, the singer was a perfect fit for the role.
Harry took the opportunity to poke fun at his pal Corden, telling the crowd, “Donald Trump finally got sick of James’ jokes and deported him back to England.”
He also mentioned how before heading to the set, he went to visit Corden and his latest addition at the hospital. “Just a half-hour ago, James and his wife Jules had a beautiful baby girl. In fact, I was just at the hospital before I came to fill in, and she looks a lot like James – mainly because James looks like a giant baby,” he joked.

The Late Late Show needed a guest host when James Corden had to head to the hospital for the birth of his daugther, and James’s good pal Harry Styles rushed to CBS to guest host an episode.
We definitely think Harry has a late night career ahead of him if this whole singing thing doesn’t work out!
