‘The Amazing Race’ Season 30 Premiere Date Announced
Get ready for another season of tears, bonding, and competition.
If you’re a big fan of CBS’s The Amazing Race, we have some exciting news for you.
The network recently announced January 3, 2o18 as the premiere date of the show’s 30th season. It is currently scheduled to begin at 8 PM, which means it will be the perfect way to spend the end of the day together with family and friends.
For those of you who have never seen a single episode of the show, it’s time for some background information. Every season begins with at least 10 teams that consist of two people each. Team members can range from social media stars, sports players, celebrities, and even ordinary people. Once the race officially begins, teams must compete in multiple challenges that consist of various tasks and obstacles, all of which occur around the globe. At the end of every round, one team is usually eliminated (with the exception of non-elimination rounds). The race continues until the season finale when three teams compete for the grand prize of $500,000.
