Google Will Allow Celebs to Answer Questions About Themselves

Instagram

Soon, when you search a question about a celebrity, they will be able to answer it for you.

Google is soon releasing a new feature that allows celebrities to answer your questions about them right in the search results. Google was probably inspired by the Wired’s new series where celebrities answer the most commonly Googled questions about themselves in a video. Soon, when you search one of the questions that they have answered, the video of them answering it will pop up as the first response in the search results.

Some celebrities that have already participated in this include Nick Jonas, Mark Wahlberg, James Franco, Gina Rodriguez, Will Farrell, Priyanka Chopra, and Tracee Ellis Ross. Google is promising to add more up and coming stars to that list of people as the new feature expands.

This new feature is made to give users a pleasant surprise of the very own star about whom they search. It is currently being piloted in the U.S. on mobile devices.
