The Vaccines Announce New Album
The U.K. alternative group’s latest album was announced on their social media pages this morning.
‘Combat Sports’ will be the band’s first album in two years, following the highly regarded ‘English Graffiti.’
It will also be the band’s first album without their former drummer Pete Robertson. Robertson had been with the band since 2010 and left back in 2016 after they supported Bloc Party on their U.S. tour that Spring to explore other musical opportunities.
But with two new members added to the band, and an album to tour, The Vaccines are ready to hit the road again in 2018. While no North American dates have been added yet, we are crossing our fingers that the group crosses the pond for a couple of appearances.
