It’s been almost three years since the photos of J- Law and other celebrities were leaked online.

While the hacker was sentenced to 18 months in jail and had to pay one victim $7,500 in damages, Hollywood Reporter interviewed Jennifer and found that she is still dealing with the incident.

Intimate photos which were intended for the actress’ then-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult could be found on websites and forums when they were initially leaked.

She told the publication in the podcast, “I think that I’m still actually processing it….I feel like I got gang-banged by the f***ing planet — like, there’s not one person in the world that is not capable of seeing these intimate photos of me. You can just be at a barbecue, and somebody can just pull them up on their phone. That was a really impossible thing to process.”

However, considering all the pain the hacker put her through, she found no need to sue him.

None of that was gonna really bring me peace, none of that was gonna bring my nude body back to me and Nic, the person that they were intended for. It wasn’t gonna bring any of that back. So I wasn’t interested in suing everybody; I was just interested in healing.”

We can only imagine the courage it took for Jennifer to come forward with her feelings about this emotional incident. Her interview reminds all of us how human these women in the spotlight are not always bulletproof in the face of adversity.
