She is making the ultimate comeback.
Besides her jaw-dropping performance on the American Music Awards, Selena Gomez showed off something more surprising, her hair. The platinum artist debuted her new blonde hairstyle on the red carpet just hours after showing a different style on her Instagram story. Gomez went for the platinum blonde look with an inch of her brown edges left untouched. With the new hair color came a new haircut as her hair was left just above her shoulders.
This new look comes at a turning point in Gomez life. Her performance at the AMA’s was her first performance since her kidney transplant. Being able to recover and give the performance she gave is highly commendable. She is also embarking a new place in her life from her separation from The Weeknd, and her reunion with Justin Bieber. Gomez has gone through many changes these last few months which makes seeing her perform, a powerful moment.
