Becky G Mistaken For a Fan
Becky G was mistaken for a fan at a recent show in Argentina.
Becky G has been going around the world and performing with some of her good friends Fifth Harmony. There was a recent show in Buenos Aires, Argentina where there was a slight miscommunication with the crew that caused Becky G to be yanked off stage by Fifth Harmony’s security team.
Dinah Jane, one of Fifth Harmony’s members, was doing her thing onstage singing and dancing when it became apparent backstage that her bottoms were ripping. To prevent any dramatic wardrobe malfunction Becky was told to go onstage and help her cover it up. Well, since Becky is the opening act for the Latin America leg of Fifth Harmony’s tour, she was already out of her performance clothes and just in all black and sweats.
Becky ran onstage with an Argentinian flag with the intent to cover up Dinah’s booty. However, the crew was not all aware that this was happening and therefore, mistook Becky as a crazed fan who ran onto the stage while they were performing. She was yanked offstage by security.
As soon as it happened, the guard who pulled her arm immediately recognized who she was and apologized. Ally Brooke, another one of Fifth Harmony’s members, realized what was going on and went backstage, grabbed Becky and brought her back onstage. When she arrived back on the stage, she used the opportunity to quickly cover up Dinah’s exposed booty.
