There May be a Kat Von D x Too Faced Collab in the Works
Last year the heavens opened up and we were blessed when Kat Von D and Too Faced joined forces to create the “Better Together” Palette.
It contained 12 limited-edition eye shadows in two magnetic halves that represented each brand’s identity and when they were put together formed a heart. If you missed out on the highly lusted collaboration then, you might be in luck. Kat Von D teased a possible comeback on her Instagram.
A few days ago, Von D posted a photo of her side of the palette, closed. The caption read, “How much did you guys LOVE the metallic red shade ‘swoon’ from our old #BetterTogether palette? Ps. maybe this is a hint of something launching soon…”
When the two brands partnered originally to create this palette, fans were thrilled and the palette sold out quickly. But, as mentioned in an article done by Bustle, the collaboration was called Volume 1. There could be hope that this tease could be a hint at a Volume 2 but many are calling it a hit-and-miss as the post seemed to focus on a shade called “Swoon.”
