Ed Sheeran’s Tour in Jeopardy After His Latest Injury
We can only hope no news is good news at this point for Ed Sheeran and his fans.
The singer songwriter posted just hours ago a photo of his arm bandaged up in what looks like a temporary cast, after he was involved in a bicycle accident.
Sheeran wrote, “I’m currently waiting on some medical advice, which may affect some of my upcoming shows. Please stay tuned for further news,” before signing off. It has been silent on his Instagram page since this post.
Anyone who has seen Sheeran perform before knows that he runs a very minimal show, which showcases both his vocal and guitar playing abilities best. This poses a problem considering by the looks of his injury, playing his guitar would be next to impossible.
Sheeran could easily get someone to play the guitar for him on his show dates that he is unable, but for many fans it would take away from the concert experience.
The star’s Divide World Tour has finished up here in North America, while the Asia leg is scheduled to begin in Taipei on the 22nd of this month.
We are hoping for Ed’s speedy recovering.
