Chance the Rapper Joins Lyft To Help Fund Chicago Public Schools
Chance is on a mission to continue the bettering of Chicago.
Recently, Chance the Rapper teamed up with Lyft to help donate funds to Chicago public schools. Those who use Lyft in Chicago will have to option to round up their balance to the highest dollar and donate to Chance’s Art Program Fund. The fund is called “New Chance: Arts & Literature Fund” and it is meant to help struggling inner Chicago students. You can set this up by going to your settings and select the CPS: The New Chance Fund round up option.
This is another accomplishment Chance can add to his great humanitarian projects. For the year 2017, he has been skyrocketing with donations and community involvement. He has donated one million dollars to Chicago Public Schools, hosted free performances, and even mentioned the idea of running for mayor. Chance has shown that he is on a mission to better his city and has no plans to stop.
This program will definitely help make a difference. We are happy to see Chance striving to make a change.
