The first movie which released Christmas Eve of 2015 made 242.8 million USD at the box office. The movie starred Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg and Linda Cardellini, but two cuties stole the show. Owen Vaccaro and Scarlett Estevez who play Wahlberg’s and Cradenlli’s children and Ferrell’s stepchildren.

The two are funny, charismatic and have awesome chemistry. That might be because the two are best friends off screen. The two met during the production of the movie and have stayed close since.  Their Instagram’s prove this true. Pictures and videos cover both the actors’ pages. They have dance parties, snuggle in bed to watch “Stranger Things” and go on little adventures with each other (their moms are besties now too btw). Vaccaro lives in Atlanta while Estevez lives in LA, but the two make time to visit each other when they aren’t working together.

Not only are these kids amazing actors and friends, they are both advocates for equality and already consider themselves feminists. Vaccaro attended a Walk in her Shoes event this past year and worked on a We Stand Together Campaign to raise awareness about child abuse. Estevez can be seem posing in a feminist shirt on Instagram, and is a part of the Girls Uplifters team who strive to create a positive, empowering community amongst girls.

These kids aren’t even teenagers yet, but you can be certain you will be hearing about them in the future as they continue to help make a change.
