Blake Lively Stuns on Fallon

Blake Lively appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight show to promote her new movie in a stunning lilac dress, just days after releasing her statement on sexual harassment in the movie industry.

Lively visited the Tonight Show host to promote her newest movie, All I See Is You, a psychological drama/thriller where she plays a woman regaining her sight after an accident causes years of blindness. The never before seen trailer, as shown on the talk show, shows how quickly the woman and her husband’s relationship changes after she regains her sight, and, ergo, her independence.

Lively goes on to depict just how immersed she got into the roles, explaining that her two resources for her character were two of her friends a blind man, Ryan, who also lost his sight in an accident, and a woman, Whitney, who, much like Lively’s character in the movie, received a corneal implant to regain her sight. Lively then described just how much her other senses kicked in when she wore the contact lenses to render her blind. She learned scents and sounds that she associated with cast and crew members, even when they weren’t speaking, as well as learned the entire apartment sent completely by touch before seeing it without her contact lenses for the first time.

Lively spends the rest of her time talking about her daughters, illustrating birthdays and Halloween costume proposals, before participating in a Dance Battle with Fallon at the end of the night.
