SZA Surprises a City with a Pop-Up Show

SZA is hosting several pop-up shows.

The singer posted on her Instagram about a concert she was going to be hosting in NYC in the upcoming week.

There’s also be talk that there’ll be another pop-up show in Atlanta this week as well. It’s unclear why SZA is doing these pop-up shows but her fans seem to be excited about them.

She is currently on her CTRL Tour which is named after her third album CTRL. She’s been on tour since mid-August of this year and will end in mid-December of this year. She is mainly touring the United States and has been going to cities like Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta and Miami.

Besides her CTRL album, she also has two other albums called “S” and “Z”. Originally, the third album was going to be called “A” to correspond with her name but was changed to CTRL. This album was released in early June of this year. While there are other people featured as writers on this album, all the songs were written by SZA.  The album contains 14 songs including “Drew Barrymore”, “20 Something”, “Love Galore”, and ” The Weekend”. For a few of the songs, there were featured artists such as Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, and Isaiah Rashad.
