Pretty Little Liars Is Getting A Spinoff
Get ready to freak out.
Yes, you read that right! Freeform has great news for fans of “Pretty Little Liars.” Former stars of the show Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish will be apart of the show’s spinoff “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.”
Just like the title, the show will be based on Sarah Shepard’s book “The Perfectionists.” Shepard was also the author of the “Pretty Little Liars” series. So basically, we can thank her and I. Marlene King for all the love, drama, and friendship the PLL series brought to television.
Marlene is excited for the new pilot season as she stated “I’m beyond excited to continue my collaboration with Sara Shepard, Alloy, Freeform and Warner Horizon… I can’t wait to introduce our fans – and Sasha and Janel – to a new world of thrills and chills in Beacon Heights.” (Source: Freeform).
Freeform gave additional information on the show when they stated “Everything about the town of Beacon Heights seems perfect, from their top-tier college to their overachieving residents. But nothing in Beacon Heights is as it appears to be.”
As for the show’s release, no official air date has been announced yet.
We can’t wait to see some women from Rosewood on our television screens. If this news doesn’t get you excited, we don’t know what will!
