NBC’s Superstore is Returning This Week

America Ferrera is serving looks during Superstore’s premiere week.

If you loved the first two seasons of NBC’s Superstore as much we did, you’d love this. The show’s premiere of its third season is going to be aired this Thursday, September 28 at 8/7c.

The former star of the hit television series Ugly Betty and the film Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, America Ferrera plays Amy on Superstore. Ferrera is an activist with her own organization called “I Will Harness,” dedicated to bringing “various social justice issues into action.” If that doesn’t make you say “you go, girl,” we don’t know what will.

Along with the other characters on the show, Amy is always cracking us up as we watch sitting in front of the television screen.

For those of you who aren’t loyal viewers of Superstore (but soon will be), the show brings to light the lives and struggles of employees of a discount store retailer (similar to Walmart and Target). With humor, emotions, and love in the air, the show has us addicted and beyond invested in its characters.

If you’re busy Thursday night, make sure to hit record on your VCR beforehand. It is an episode you don’t want to miss.
