Shawn Mendes Sends His Condolences to Mexico

Shawn Mendes releases a statement regarding Mexico and his scheduled show.

Shawn Mendes is currently on his ‘Illuminate World Tour.’ His next tour date was supposed to be on September 20th in Mexico City. Unfortunately, it was just struck by an earthquake that left more than 200 people dead.

Shawn Mendes released this statement:

“My deepest condolences are with those affected by the earthquake in Mexico today. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, we will be unable to continue on with my Mexico City show scheduled for tomorrow. My love is with all of you & I promise I will be back.

-Shawn”

We are all praying for Mexico at this time. Mexico is in all of our thoughts, and with no doubt, Shawn will be back to make up for this lost show on his tour.
