Mimi Prober’s Refreshing Show at NYFW

After days of bright colored spring clothing on the runway, Mimi Prober’s collection was surprisingly refreshing.

The setup for the Mimi Prober show was gorgeously organic. The opening to the runway was encased in bundled, local flowers.

The beginning of the collection was ethereal and dark. Walking out to 70’s ballads, the models wore loose, flowy pants, and dresses that were pieced together in lace. It eventually transitioned towards more sensual, figure-hugging looks. Prober ingeniously pieced together antique scraps of lace into beautiful modern outfits.
