Pirelli Calendar Features An All-Black Cast
Pirelli always gets people excited with its fashion forward movements!
The 2018 Pirelli Calendar showscases an all-black cast of models, artists, musicians, comedians, and actors. The calendar’s theme revolves around Lewis Carroll’s novel, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. This is the first time in 20 years the calendar has featured an all black cast.
The Pirelli Calendar is known for its fashion forward efforts. Every year, Pirelli to make the fashion industry more inclusive and diverse. It was created decades ago by the tire company to annually showcase female beauty. The 2016 calendar’s theme was feminism and 2017 featured all unretouched models. 2018 is the best year yet!
The calendar features supermodel Naomi Campbell as the Royal Beheader, drag icon RuPaul as Queen of Hearts and rapper Lil Yachty as a member of the Queen’s Guard.
