L’Oreal’s #ReadMyLips Campaign
L’Oreal introduced their new Colour Riche Matte Lipstick by emphasizing National Lipstick Day on July 29th. The company encouraged people to wear bold lips and share their bold thoughts to social media and be a part of the #ReadMyLips campaign.
The campaign’s purpose is to address the point that women are more than just pretty faces with eye-catching lips. #ReadMyLips promotes women’s opinions and what they can bring to the table, emphasizing that we all have something important to say and we should use our voices.
The new lipstick is ultra-rich and ultra-comfortable. It is available in a variety of 16 matte shades, allowing everyone to find their color.
The SVP of marketing for L’Oreal Paris, Anna Marie Nelson-Bogle, explained “as a brand that has supported the individual beauty and intrinsic worth of all people over forty years, we wanted to participate in and elevate the conversation by not only celebrating our newest Colour Rich lip launch but even more importantly, people’s powerful words.
