The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter Is Getting A New Ride

One of the biggest rides in Universal Studios’ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park is shutting down, but Universal Orlando promises that its replacement will be huge.

In a blog posted by the theme park, the company announced it is building a “new generation of thrill ride,” but Universal Orlando hasn’t revealing what it is quite yet.

The new ride will be replacing the Dragon Challenge ride in the Wizarding World’s Hogsmeade section, which is located in the Islands of Adventure theme park.

So about this new ride? Universal claims it’s going to be “one of the most highly-themed coaster experiences we’ve created…fun for the entire family.” Universal is working with Warner Bros. and the Harry Potter production team for this ride, which hopefully will “take you deeper” than ever into the story.
