2016 was a big year for the music world. So it came as no surprise that Beyonce was the highest paid musician of 2016, according to Billboard‘s annual report. The Queen Bee raked in a total annual payment of $62.1 million, with most of the money coming from her Formation tour.

About $4.3 million came from music sales and $1.9 million came from music streaming. It’s obviously nothing compared to her live dates, but that’s just how the music business works.

As for the rest of the rankings, coming in #2 is Guns N’ Roses, with $42.3 million, then at #3 is Bruce Springsteen, with $42.2 million. If you’re looking for more modern and familiar faces Drake is #4 with $37.3 million, while Adele landed in #5 with $37 million.

The crazy part of the whole Billboard list is how diverse the artists are in it. Within the top 20 on the list you’ll find all kinds of pop artists, like Justin Bieber and Rihanna, as well as classics like Barbra Streisand and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
