Gigi Hadid And Zayn Malik Cover The August 2017 Vogue Issue
A couple that slays together stays together!
Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are gracing the cover of Vogue’s August 2017 issue together, and they look great!
Both Gigi and Zayn revealed the photos, which show the couple sporting tuxedos and suits, on their Instagram accounts. The couple also stated in the interview that they share and wear each other’s clothes, as long as they feel comfortable in the clothing article of choice.
The aim of the shoot was to embrace “gender fluidity,” but Vogue has since faced backlash for the shoot. The magazine did apologize for missing the mark and not fully understanding and marketing the idea as they had hoped.
Gigi also participated in Vogue‘s 73 Questions, an interview reserved for its cover models. The interview revealed these facts about Gigi:
- Her real name is Jelena Noura Hadid.
- Gigi’s style icon switches between the Olsen twins and Rihanna.
- She has a love for sunglasses and that she can wear them anytime and anywhere.
- Among boyfriend Zayn’s tattoos, she does not have a favorite.
- Rihanna is her girl crush.
- She paints.
- If she were a superhero, she would want her superpower to be invisibility.
- She was captain of the volleyball team in high school.
- Her third Tommy x Gigi collection is launching in September 2017.
