The Official Video For Major Lazer’s ‘Know No Better’ Is Here

Major Lazer released a music video on July 11th, 2017, for ‘Know No Better’ which features Travis Scott, Camila Cabello, and Quavo. ‘Know No Better’ is the first single released from Major Lazer’s EP of the same name. The song was released on June 1st along with a lyric video.
The video follows a young male dancer and shows the contrast between dreams and reality. It shows what he wants and expects and what happens in his real life. This video is relatable because we often find ourselves in a state of daydream where everything in life is perfect and goes smoothly without an itch, much like this young man.
Throughout the video we follow his real life and his imaginary one where he lives a high profile life in a big house as opposed to living with his mother: him dancing by himself versus dancing with girls as backup, his face being shoved into a toilet while being bullied versus kissing a girl in a bathroom. In his imagination we also see him dancing in the studio with Camila and Travis Scott.
Both worlds finally collide in a diner nearing the end of the video. He enters the diner and spots his crush and begins dancing to impress her. Diplo makes his appearance in the end scene.
