Margaret Atwood Wants Drake For ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’

The Handmaid’s Tale has recently making waves across the nation—not only for its political relevance but also the show’s superb acting and directing.

What’s even better about it? Margaret Atwood sat down with Boston Review, and revealed that as a huge Drake fan, she would love to have the artist be a part of the critically acclaimed show. After having discussed the show’s immense popularity in Toronto, she segued into Drake’s superstardom in Canada.

“Wouldn’t it to be fun for him to have a cameo in season two? I’ll drop that notion into the notion into the ear of Bruce Miller, the show runner, and see what he can do with that, because of course the show is filmed in Toronto. Maybe Drake could help smuggle someone?”

Well, there you have it. It would be pretty awesome for Drake to be a part of a phenomenon like the show and Atwood herself.
