Sense8 is Back

It looks like Sense8 is coming back for a 2-hour finale special on Netflix.

After news that the beloved show would be cancelled only after 2 seasons, countless of fans gathered together to create petitions that could possibly renew petitions. Series co-creator, Lana Wachowski, took to writing a heartfelt letter, announcing the great news:

Here is a gift from the fans of this show that I will carry forever in my heart: while it is often true those decisions are irreversible, it is not always true…It is my greatest pleasure as well as Netflix’s to announce that there will be another two hour special released next year.”

The full letter can be viewed here in all its glory. We can’t wait until the finale comes our way, as the show deserved better than being shelved.
