Everything You Need To Know About The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Finale

Your Tuesday nights will never be the same.

After seven years of following your favorite group of friends, it’s hard to believe that the lies, secrets, and plot-twists are coming to an end.

While the cast and crew are very tight-lipped about final season, they have let a few things slip. So here’s what we know about the finale so far.

1. The episode will be two hours long.

Which means two hours of twists, turns, and emotional roller coasters. Who knows what you’ll need to prepare yourself for the episode because you know is it’s going to INSANE.

2. One line will completely break your heart.

Sasha Pieterse (who plays Alison DiLaurentis) shared that the line that hurt everyone at the table reading the most was when Alison says “I feel like this is the end of something.” Pieterse stated “I couldn’t talk. Marlene [King, the showrunner] was like, ‘Okay, that was great, but just a little less crying.'”

3. The whole cast was present for the final day of shooting.

Executive producer Lisa Cochran-Neilan shared that filming the finale was business as usual, but there was one special request. “We’re scheduling it, but these ladies that you’ve grown to love, they came to us and they asked us if the last scene of the last day of the last episode, if they could all be in the last shot.”

4. Someone might die.

This may not come as a surprise because it seems like someone is always dying in the show. But in the trailer that aired in Australia, Mona stares straight into the camera and says “Are you here to kill me?” So who knows how that question is going to be answered.

5. A.D.’s identity will be revealed.

It’s happening — for real this time.
