Michelle Obama Helps Motivate Us For Summer

Get ready for summer, with the help of former First Lady Michelle Obama.

As summer is just getting underway, you may be looking for ways to stay motivated so you can look your best all summer long. And Michelle Obama has given us some amazing motivation.

Even though Michelle is a very busy lady, she’s sharing her motivation tips to keeping fit and healthy to her fans and 14.6 million Instagram followers.

Along with sharing some fitness photos, Michelle went on explaining,

“When I was at the White House, I often hosted boot camp weekends for my close girlfriends. It doesn’t matter that we were all at varying fitness levels. Our boot camp weekends were a reminder that if we want to keep taking care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first. And even though I’m no longer at the White House, I’ve continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos. My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years – including a pretty big one recently – and we’ve done our best to stay healthy together. Whether it’s a boot camp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together.”

We as Americans have always known that Michelle has been very vocal about health and fitness, as she took Let’s Move! campaign nationwide in 2011, which encourages children to get out and live healthy lives.

So whether it be with friends or family, get out there and break a sweat!
