Fur-sure loving them more!

Yoox Net-A-Porter Group is the world’s leading luxury fashion retailer. It offers its customers the best online luxury fashion retail experience through their four multi-brand online stores and 40 online flagship stores. The retailer delivers to more than 180 countries around the world and in 2016, had 2.9 active customers and 8.4 million orders.

On Tuesday, June 6, the company reveales its new fur-free policy! The Yoox Net-A-Porter Group is taking initiative to manage its environmental impact responsibility. The group is also trying its best to reduce the social and environmental impacts of its business by collaborating with beneficial brands and suppliers.

The retailing company also joined the international Fur Free Retailer Program, which is supported by the Fur Free Alliance. The commitment ensures that the online stores will work in accordance with animal rights. Artist and activist Miley Cyrus is a huge supporter of YNAP’s fur-free policy!

The Head of Sustainability at YNAP Matteo Jams Moroni stated “The group started its journey towards creating a sustainable future back in 2009. Since then we have made great steps. Yet there is still much more to do and we remain more focused than ever. Our goal is to act as an industry-wide catalyst for change.”

Be proud of YNAP’s commitment and hope it inspires others in the industry to follow in the retailer’s footsteps for a more sustainable future!
