Khalid’s Song ‘Location’ Goes Platinum

The hot new artist is on fire when it comes to his music game; if you haven’t heard Khalid’s song ‘Location’, you’re missing out. Released in April, Khalid’s album American Teen features fifteen chill songs which, for the most part, embrace being young and in love. Khalid puts his heart into his songs which puts his music in the hip hop/ electro soul genre. His lyrics can be easily related to for any youngin’ in today’s culture.

Khalid, a recent high school graduate, is slowly making his way to the top with his new album American Teen. The albums most known song, ‘Location’ just went platinum and Khalid is ecstatic. The songs catchy tune is sure to be any couples summer fling song. Fans have been showing Khalid tons of love by purchasing tickets to his upcoming concerts and tweeting their favorite songs to him. Expect to see more hits from this new artist because ‘Location’ isn’t the only song that should be going platinum. Songs like ‘Young Dumb & Broke’ and ‘Coaster’ (also found on American Teen) deserve to be listened to.
