Coldplay Raises Money For Charity
Coldplay does something out of the ordinary once again, but it’s not making music. The group of five has decided to use their musical influence to do something for others. Rather than promoting their most recent album, the British alternative rock band is selling T-shirts for a cause.
Coldplay is donating the proceeds from the T-shirts to refugee and migrant charities which are positively impacting the lives of men, women and children. The band joined forces with MOAS, a group working to save thousands of refugees looking for shelter and protection. With over 33,000 people saved, it’s time to do your part.
The white shirt features the phrase, “I AM YOU” in bold and colorful letters. Towards the bottom right Coldplay and MOAS have their names printed; it’s the perfect shirt to show off to your friends. Coldplay posted a tweet to get the word around stating, “Thanks to all who’ve bought an I AM YOU T-shirt, raising funds for refugee/ migrant charity”. The band followed the tweet with a tag to MOAS and the link to the shirts.
