The beautiful Naomi Campbell just arrived in Cannes and she’s about to make another huge difference. Campbell, 46, is hosting a big event May 21 and the cause is anything but ordinary. The title ‘Fashion For Relief’ is self-explanatory. Designers and models use fashion to raise money for charitable organizations such as the environment and other important worldly problems.
Campbell, a prominent super model for more than a decade, has been promoting her event to raise money and awareness. The model tweeted, “Join us in Cannes on May 21st! I will be hosting this year’s Fashion For Relief Event!” Campbell followed her tweet with a link to ticketmaster for purchase.
Campbell is making a difference in more than just a charitable manner; the supermodel has even allowed DJ D-Nice to play at her event. The artist applauded Cambell for the opportunity to DJ the event. With press conferences and all the talk, Campbell’s schedule is sure to be hectic for a good cause.
Fashion For Relief is expected to have some major publicity. With other models such as Campbell’s good friend Heidi Klum attending the event, thousands of dollars are expected. With support from hundreds of designers and models, the event is sure to make a big difference.
