Amanda Bucci: Realistic Fit-spo

You’ve probably all been there at some point. It is all too easy to get trapped in comparing yourself to Instagram fitness gurus. 

However, what they do not show is themselves not looking their best. With perfectly practiced poses and the right angle, these fitness personalities put the best of their physiques out there. Fitness YouTuber Amanda Bucci dared to challenge those false portrayals. She posted two pictures next to each other, one in a typical pose and one without her trying to alter her appearance at all. While it was putting herself in a vulnerable position, her transparency is undoubtedly inspirational, reminding everyone to love their bodies regardless of how they look.
