Miss Universe 2017 Goes To France

The beautiful Iris Mittenaere comes out on top. This year’s Miss Universe pageant took place in Manila, Philippines and Iris took first over 50 other contestants. The final three were Columbia who took second runner up, Haiti third, and France was crowned Miss Universe 2017! Read more here to find out all the details.
