NEWS: The President of the United States of America will be sworn in this Friday.  While many have chosen to boycott and protest, the calendar events have been laid out as follows. Whether you choose to tune in or not, is a personal choice. For alternative programming, you might want to check what’s hot on Netflix.

Friday, January 20th, there are three main events. At 11:30 a.m., eastern Standard time, is the swearing-in ceremony and Donald Trump will be sworn in as president and Mike Pence will be sworn in as vice president at the Capitol building. At 3 p.m., the inaugural parade begins as Trump, Pence and their families parade to the White House where close to 10,000 people will be joining them as they lead the parade.  Then at 7 p.m., the president and the vice president, with their wives, will attend three inaugural balls: The Liberty Ball, The Freedom Ball and The Salute to Our Armed Services Ball. You can join the events in person or by tuning in on TV, but after what we have seen thus far, it may be hard for many. Read more about the inauguration here.
