We’ve been seeing shiny eyes on the runway recently and we’ll tell you exactly how to recreate the look.
The shinny eye look can be so wearable and beautiful! Start with the eye look you’d like underneath, a subtle bronze or gold, or a bold blue then top with a glossy topcoat.
